Court Ordered Mediation

After filing for most actions in the Courts judges will order parties to attend mediation prior to proceeding to a Final Hearing.
Parties may also request the Court to order them to go to mediation. Our Mediators are experienced and are Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators in the following areas: Family, Circuit Civil, County Court and Dependency Mediations.

Private and Pre-suit Mediation

Private and Pre-suit  mediations are an opportunity for parties to voluntarily seek to resolve their conflicts on their own without either filing with the courts, or prior to any order to attend mediation. These agreements can also be confidential and do not necessarily need to be filed with the Court.

  • All Pre-suit Divorce Mediation
  • All Post-judgement/ Modification Mediations
