If you are paying in person before your mediation date our physical address is: 5410 Strickland Ave Lakeland FL, 33812 and please be sure to make an appointment or call in advance as our hours of availability may vary. If you wish to mail your payment by Money Order or Check please make it payable to: McArthur Mediation Services and send it to:5410 Strickland Ave Lakeland FL, 33812 . Please be advised that any checks written that do not clear when deposited will result in you being fully responsible for all fees associated with this issue. Additionally, we will charge you a $50.00 late payment fee for mediation.
